[Bruleurs] DOCIllumination Event

Several people expressed interest in this when I brought it up at the
meeting last night so I thought I'd post the details here.

Last month's event was really magical, it felt like wandering into a really
groovy dome out around 8:00 and D at Black Rock, great vibe. There's
volunteer opportunities too which is a great way to get help out and
have fun supporting a good cause at the same time.
